Membership is open to anyone with an interest in vernacular architecture, particularly in Surrey. The group currently has around 145 members.
Members receive a quarterly Newsletter and can borrow books on a wide range of related subjects from the Group's extensive library.
Members are invited to Events such as groups visiting houses and places of interest.
Although it is not essential we hope that they will be willing to help with recording buildings, in company with more experienced members.
Annual subscription is £15 per person, or for two people living at the same address and receiving only one mailing Family membership is £20.00.
Your subscription will entitle you to receive regular newsletters, programmes of events and visits, the chance
to be on the Recorders' List with basic training if required, and the use of the Group's valuable library.

Should your application be accepted by the Committee, a request for a subscription will be sent to you.
You will be invited to attend one of our events in order to meet some of our members and learn more about us
and our activities before you commit yourself to paying the subscription.
